All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Locations: 5–9 business days

Remote Areas: May take slightly longer due to limited courier service availability

We currently offer shipping across India.

Delivery to rural or remote PIN codes is subject to courier partner availability.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS/email to monitor your shipment.

You can also contact our support if you don’t receive updates after dispatch.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or festivals. We appreciate your patience during such times.

If a product is unavailable or delayed, we will inform you via WhatsApp/email within 24–48 hours.

If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll resolve the issue promptly after investigation.

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

For COD orders or lower-value items, a nominal shipping charge may apply and will be visible at checkout.
