At Elorza, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully curate and inspect each product before dispatch. However, if youโ€™re not fully satisfied, weโ€™re here to help.

โœ… Eligibility for Return:

You can request a return if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

The return is requested within 3 days of delivery.

๐Ÿšซ Returns will not be accepted if:

Product is used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Return request is made after 3 days of receiving the order.

Product was ordered by mistake or due to change of mind.

๐Ÿ”„ Return Process:

Contact us via WhatsApp/email within 3 days of delivery.

Share order number, product photos, and reason for return.

Our support team will verify and guide you through the pickup or return process.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Note: Pickup is subject to service availability in your area. Otherwise, self-shipping details will be shared.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via UPI/Bank Transfer.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your UPI/bank account after confirmation.

๐Ÿ” Exchange Policy:

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You can request a return and place a new order if needed.

๐Ÿ“ Important Notes:

Refund/replacement is at the sole discretion of Elorza after reviewing the returned product.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was from our side.
